Lionel LionChief Plus NYC F3 AA Review

For the price, the LionChief Plus NYC F3 AA is a fantastic entry into scale diesels. The New York Central lightning-stripe paint is sharp and the Bluetooth app control works flawlessly with my phone. Sound effects including prime mover, horn, and bell are crisp through the onboard speaker. Coupler operation is reliable. The model lacks the depth of Legacy electronics, but the operating experience is genuinely fun. A great locomotive for mid-tier layouts or as a first proper diesel purchase.
